CimiComp is a boutique consulting firm with a proven track record for commercial success in implementation consulting, investment and entrepreneurship focusing on the Israel – China Life Science ecosystem. We offer a full suite of services for Israeli companies looking to identify and create opportunities in China as well as for China-based companies seeking Israeli innovation. 

Cooperation between two entities is never easy. Expectations are not always realistic. Timelines tend to be prolonged. Dealing with the unknown is the standard. We at CimiComp see ourselves as enablers and facilitators driving results-oriented China-Israel cross culture and cross border business cooperation. We focus on the Life Science sector where we aim to incorporate innovative Israeli technologies into China made commercial products and introduce Israeli cutting edge medical solution to the Chinese healthcare system.

Oren Rasooli

Founder and CEO

Oren Rasooli has over 15 years’ experience working in international consulting and investments. Oren headed the healthcare and insurance division at Poalim-AsiaDirect, managed the Pharmaceutical Division at Tuttnauer, served as CEO of WideMed Technologies, and led Business Development at David Shield Healthcare Insurance. In addition, Oren served on Israel’s Trade Mission to China. 
Oren holds an MBA from the prestigious Kellogg-Recanati international program and a BA degree in Economics and East Asia Studies from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel. 
Oren is married to Inbal, a father of 2 boys, adopter of two dogs and enthusiastic diver.

Tami Junowicz Adar

Project Manager

Tami Junowicz Adar has more than 12 years of senior managerial experience in multicultural international organizations, focusing on overall management, operations establishment and business development in China. Her career includes serving as COO of David Shield China, establishment and COO of Notoyo Media and CFO of Super Pharm China. 
Tami holds a BA degree in Business Management and East Asia Studies from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem following an exchange program at The Beijing Normal University and a Master’s degree in Public Image from the Public Image Institute in Mexico. 
Tami was born in Argentina, lived in China for over a decade, speaks 4 languages and has 3 kids and a dog (all born in China). 

Karin Raviv 

Project Manager

Karin Raviv is experienced in establishing operations, creating strategy and generating business partnerships between China and Israel. Prior to joining CimiComp, she constructed the Israel branches of two Chinese companies. She successfully managed their business development with a focus on the Israeli high-tech sector. Previously, Karin developed the China relations at the Tel Aviv University International School. 
Karin holds a BA in East Asian Studies, following an exchange program at Tsinghua University, and an MA in Security and Diplomacy from Tel Aviv University. 
In her free time, she enjoys academic rowing in the Yarkon river, and exploring other cultures while traveling around the world.
